- WikiLeaks released all emails (17,336) to and from the Central Bank of Syria. This comes after this week's releases of all emails (32,476) to and from the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and all emails (16,518) to and from the Syrian Ministry of Presidential Affairs. The total number of released Syria Files is now 66,380.
- WikiLeaks released new GI Files: "FBI and Stratfor Two Dysfunctional Peas in a Pod" and "Greetings - Our govt is capable of anything".
